Rates are based on double occupancy. The charge for extra guests is $15 per person per night (children aged 1-12, $5 per person; infants, no extra charge) |

Advance Deposit Required:
Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit in the amount of one night's stay (plus 6% tax and 6% levy).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We will accept a personal check only if we receive it within 7 days from the date the booking is made, and at least 14 days prior to the planned arrival date.
Reservations are not guaranteed until we receive a deposit.
Throughout the season, there are some special events which put a premium on lodging in the area. In these cases, a deposit of full payment must be made in order to reserve your room(s). |

Cancellation Policy:
There is always a $15.00 fee for cancellation.
An advance deposit will be refunded (less a $15 processing fee) when a reservation is cancelled one month or more prior to the planned arrival date.
An advance deposit will not be refunded when a reservation is cancelled less than one month prior to the planned arrival date unless we are able to re-rent the reserved room. If we are able to re-rent your room, a $15 processing fee will be subtracted from the deposit refund.
For special events and weekends, the cancellation policy extends to 45 days prior to the event. There will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent your room(s). If we are able to re-rent, then there will be a $15.00 processing fee per room per night of cancellation. |

Early Check-Outs:
If a reservation is shortened after arrival, the guest will be responsible for the original reservation balance unless we are able to re-sell the reserved room. |
